Policies Designed for Your Protection and Ours

Paris Salon puts a great deal of effort into helping you look and feel as beautiful as possible, and we have a number of salon policies to make sure your client experience is as positive as possible.

Please review the list below before your appointment or walk-in visit, and please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before you arrive.

SALON POLICIES

• We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, and Visa.
• Paris Salon Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• A $20.00 bank fee will be applied for all checks returned unpaid for any reason.
• Gratuities may be paid directly to your stylists in cash or check.
• Seniors and college students receive a 10% discount. Please ask our Salon Coordinator to apply your discount.
• Paris Salon guarantees all services. Please call the salon within one week if you are not completely satisfied.
• Professional products and boutique items may be returned within  15 days unopened and unused for salon credit.
• A credit card is required to hold any bridal bookings.
• All prices are subject to change as necessary.
• All appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice.  Please be considerate to your stylist and clients who may want the appointment.
• We love children, but only children having a service are allowed in the service area.  All others must be supervised. We cannot be  responsible for children left unattended.
