The Time Has Finally Come!!


 Dear Valued Client,


We understand your concerns about businesses reopening, so we have outdone ourselves in preparing our business for you! The safety of our team and of our clients is essential to us, so we have and will continue to:


  • Clean and/or disinfect all surfaces and implements utilizing CDC approved cleaning solutions
  • Launder and/or disinfected all capes, towels and linens
  • Remove any non-essential items throughout the business
  • We have acquired appropriate PPE to be used when necessary or requested
  • Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact
  • Re-trained our staff on essential infection control and hand hygiene practices


Feel free to ask any of us at any time about all that we do to provide for your safety. We want you to relax and enjoy your service. I would like to tell you what the new “normal” will look like...


  • All Paris Salon employees will be wearing masks and/or face shields.

  • All clients must wear a mask at Paris Salon. Paper masks will be given to clients receiving a color service only in order to prevent damage to your personal mask.
  •  
  • The salon will be by appointment only. No walk-ins please. We must limit the # of people in the salon. You can call ahead to order retail products or gift cards and we will have them sanitized, bagged and ready for you to pick up. 

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please call us from the parking lot. We will let you know when your stylist is ready. Please be courteous of your stylist’s time and arrive 5 minutes early if possible. Only those having a service may enter the salon. Children under 12 may be accompanied by an adult but we ask that you maintain social distancing at all times.

  • Either by confirmation call the day before your appointment or when you come in, you will be asked a few questions: Do you have a cough or fever? Have you been around anyone who has been exhibiting these symptoms in the past 14 days? Are you living with anyone who has been sick or quarantined? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, we will reschedule your appointment.  Please do not be offended. This is for everyone’s personal safety.

  • All team members and clients will have their temperature taken upon arrival to the salon with a touch-less thermometer. Anyone with a temperature over 99 degrees will be sent home and any appointments will need to be rescheduled.

  • We are asking our clients to limit the number of personal items that you bring into the salon. 

  • I’m sorry but we will not have magazines or self-service beverages. But we will happily make your coffee or tea. 

  • Retail Area- PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH. While we are happy to assist you with all of your hair and skin care needs, we ask that you do not touch the products at this time. Keep in mind that purchasing your products from our salon helps to support us in this difficult time of recovery.


The salon team all have the Venmo app as a way to accept gratuities. We can help you with this in the salon if needed. They will accept cash in a sealed envelope as well. Gratuities can not be added to the credit card purchase as usual. Thank you for your understanding.
